The Clown Siege is a wide-scale assault on Tokyo by members of the Clowns, primarily focused on assaulting civilians in numerous wards. In response to these attacks, the CCG works in combination with emergency medical responders to rescue the civilians endangered and stop destruction to buildings. The organization Goat also mobilizes its forces, using the chaos to establish themselves as a separate group hostile to the Clowns.
Meanwhile, a 4-person team is tasked with infiltrating the CCG Laboratory Division to steal Rc suppressants.
